If anyone has been to the Lilac Festival at all in the past couple years, you’ve undoubtedly seen “Festival Guy” getting his groove on:
It must be a slow news day, because the D&C had an article about him in today’s paper (or at least, on the website): “Festival Guy is also Irondequoit’s ‘Santa Jogger'”

I just wasted 45 seconds of my life watching a shirtless old guy dance around front and center lilac stage one. wtf must be a slow day at the bonus residence too 🙂

This guy used to hang out at Centres on Thursday nights. All the high school chicks would be take turns dancing with him.
You might remember watching this guy with one night with Joe Dolan as we downed $1 CL Smoothies.
