Guilty Pleasures

By Eric | October 13, 2002 4:57 pm

Okay, this idea is a direct rip-off of the VH1 show I’m watching called Guilty Pleasures… theyre going over the top 20 or so songs that, as they put it, are buried at the proverbial back of your music collection, that you bust out when no one else is around and scream at the top of your lungs, yet you’re probably embarrased beyond belief to admit you own, let alone know! So anyway, I wanna see a ton of comments in here hearing about everyone else’s guilty pleasure songs, and why…. so here’s mine, and everyone thinks that its the early 90’s middle-school rap/R&B stuff, nah, thats not quite guilty, I really do get a kick out of that stuff hehe… nope, its really:
Matchbox20… Both albums. All signs point to, “Why the hell do you have those cds???” Cuz its whiny and sappy and singable and, well, yeah… boohoohoo heheh..
So lets hear everyone elses!!!! I don’t want anyone punking out on this either… ain’t nobody too proud for this 🙂

ummm albums: “Boheme” – Deep Forest, at worst…the best of Boy George and Culture Club (can we say “Crying Game”)
songs: Camron – “Oh Boy”, Grease 2 – “Cool Rider”

why did I have to be the first one?

    Hrm.

‘No Doubt – Tragic Kingdom’ (every song 🙂 ), Too many ‘Cranberries’ to mention, and I guess we could top it off with some ‘Tangerine Dream’ with ‘Loved By the Sun’

These are basic necessities, right up there with toilet paper.
