Long day #2 of the week over and done with, Internetworking Midterm was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be, and not nearly as bad as everyone in class made it out to be… Presidency was okay, 4 hour IDM actually went pretty fast, and now I just realized that I left my ZIP disk in the lab, so either I can pick it up tomorrow, or get my file off the computer (love the IT labs, they actually have logins, its kinda nice), because its half my freakin project I think, all the work I did, is all code I can reuse… it wasn’t rocket science, but it took a lot of time! Next week is gonna be hella long, all kinds of shit due, I can do it a bit at a time, but making myself do it is the trick. 🙂
Sat and watched MTV for like two hours, 20 years of Rock on MTV, it was actually a decent show, talking about how hair metal gave way to grunge gave way to the new-metal/aggro stuff on now. Had a thing about NIN and Manson, and Manson’s MTV VMA performance of The Beautiful People, and this elicited a great Trent line, talking about Manson’s outfit that night…. “Those glistening white…. buttocks…”. They interviewed Sebastion Bach about a lot of people, so I had to throw Skid Row in the CD player… 🙂 (See, its because of goofy music impulses like this that I own 500 some odd CD’s and need to have them ALL at my disposal!)
