to buy or not to buy

Seen on slashdot in regards to not buying RIAA CD’s and such:
“[The argument is] If you don’t like the price, don’t buy it. Guess what? If others still spend billions, my voice isn’t heard and the only person who suffers is me, depriving myself of something I want because the cost/value ratio isn’t fair. Not much useful martydom there…”
AMEN to that.
