Editorial Reviews
The Sun Comes Out Tonight heralds the return of Bob Marlette in the roles of producer and co-writer, and marks the introduction of Filter’s newest addition, co-writer, and guitarist, Jonny Radtke. Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Radtke’s rapturous vocals and elegantly furious guitar playing mesh expertly with Filter’s ambiance. “Jonny is the little brother-slash-guitar player I never had, he’s just incredibly talented,” Patrick affectionately admits. “Because of his talent and my connection with him, it was such a joy to make this album, it’s a very inspired record. The chemistry was there. I really can’t say enough about Jonny.” Radtke’s own predilection for rebellion and versatility are hallmarks of his own one-man musical project, the ethereal Polar Moon. Prior to joining Filter, Radtke’s guitar stylings were best known for gracing the stage with his previous band, Kill Hannah, and the live incarnation of Ashes Divide, led by Billy Howerdel of A Perfect Circle.

Review:
10th Anniversary Edition – completely remixed and remastered, 4 demos tacked onto the end, plus the DVD includes a full length documentary.
Originally released in May of 2003, Lamb of God’s As The Palaces Burn is considered to by many to be one the most influential, modern day metal records of our time. The album is as uncompromising lyrically as it is musically. As The Palaces Burn takes an unflinching look at the events and attitudes that resulted from the 9/11 terrorist attacks on American soil. Songs like “Blood Junkie” are unequivocal in their condemnation of George W. Bush and his administration’s jingoist stance. “Retribution or vengeance in matters not, as long as the pig stays on top of the ladder of bone his father has built,” Randy Blythe howls for all to hear. It’s courageous and blunt, a statement for the time, and one that the band felt compelled to make. “We all lived through that time and we had the vehicle to express those opinions,” says drummer Chris Adler. “I think it would have been irresponsible to not speak our minds.”
Josh Wilbur (who has worked with Lamb of God as both an engineer and producer since 2006) was careful to conserve the album’s lightning-in-a-bottle energy. “A lot of people, including myself, love the original,” Wilbur says. “The whole point was just to do a more ‘hi-fi’ version of an already great record and not to damage the killer vibe that Devin Townsend and the band had captured…Real musicians sweating it out in a studio in Virginia over a decade ago.”

Editorial Reviews from Amazon:
Telsa return in 2008 with their first new studio album since 2004’s Into The Now (discounting the two Real to Reel covers albums). Forever More is their seventh studio album. This is Tesla’s first album to be produced by Terry Thomas since 1994’s Bust a Nut. The album was engineered by Michael Rosen, who worked with the band on their Into the Now album and marks the first full album of original material for new guitarist Dave Rude.

Editorial Reviews from Amazon:
‘Audio Secrecy’ is an album free of stylistic limitations. ‘It’s everything I’ve ever wanted to do on one album,’ says vocalist Corey Taylor. ‘It’s heavy, it’s melodic, it’s dark, it’s slow, it’s light and it’s beautiful. You’ll hear something different with each listen.
Stone Sour recorded ‘Audio Secrecy’ with ‘Come What(ever) May’ producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice In Chains, Deftones) at Nashville’s Blackbird Studios.
The album’s title is a play on words for idiosyncrasy. ‘I’m a fan of double meanings and metaphorical speak,’ muses Taylor. ‘There are so many levels to what those two words combined could mean. As a title, it perfectly fit the album.’
Ths is the Special Edition, which includes 3 bonus tracks, a 45 minute documentary on ‘The Making of Audio Secrecy’ and 3 live videos from their Download 2010 performance.

Editorial Reviews from Amazon:
With Band of Brothers they have found the perfect balance between their legacies and the good-time Hellyeah sound. Band of Brothers is heavier, meaner and more aggressive than their first two albums, but still retains their reverence for a good party. With this record, the band is clearly making the statement that they are back to their badass roots.
