Review:
Another classic from my high school days. Considering they released half the album as singles, I knew most of it without even trying.

Review:
The re-release of their independent effort. The songs are rough, but you can see where the band was headed. If you like Statement, youll find something to like here, as theres demo versions of five of the songs from that album. The other seven were, until this, only available on the indie.

Review:
Violence was the third Nothingface installment, and their first on a major label, and also was my introduction to the band. Moving to a major label didnt dampen their enthusiasm or aggression any, as this picked up right where Audio Guide left off, with tons of groove and tons of Matt Holts screaming. I had initially found a 2-track sampler with Bleeder and Make Your Own Bones on it, and I thought those two songs were pretty cool, so I picked this up. Little did I know that it would lead to my enjoyment of the rest of their stuff. Also has one of my favorite Nothingface songs on it, For All The Sin.

Review:
Im not really sure how I ever heard of these guys to begin with, but theyre one of the better bands in the nu-metal genre. They have a latin influence, which helps to differentiate them. I still think this album is the best of all of theirs.

Review:
A compilation put out in 1993 by Arista Records along with The Red Hot Organization to raise funds for AIDS research. It has a bunch of non album tracks from the alternative bands of the time, including Matthew Sweet, Soul Asylum, Urge Overkill, The Goo Goo Dolls, Soundgarden, Nirvana, and the Beastie Boys.

Review:
The fourth album from these underrated nu-metallers. A half and half sort of album, with some tracks taking a more melodic approach than on Violence, and some that were even harder, but it worked. This is one of those albums where you like every track, and then you get to the last track and its the best one. 13 tracks of pure aggression.

Review:
Nothingfaces second album is argued by many to be their best. Im partial to Skeletons, but this is a very very close second. Even more groove-laden than Pacifier was, Matt Holts scream really came into its own here, and combined with better production values it makes this album 37 minutes of straight up heaviness. Not really too much more to say other than this album simply rocks, and if you like heavy music at all, you should do yourself a favor and check it out.

Review:
The first, and easily most raw offering of the Nothingface catalog. This 1997 disc reprises some of their inital demo, and shows the beginnings of what is arguably one of the best nu-metal bands to ever come out of the genre. Matt Holt is one of those rare nu-metal vocalists that when he sings, he can actually sing well, and then can scream with the best of them. While this is less polished than Audio Guide that followed, you can hear the band they became coming through.

Review:
The Ft. Lauderdale boys played in front of a sold-out hometown crowd, and filmed it for this CD/DVD. The CD sounds flawless, and the DVD has the entire same show, plus clips from the road interspersed. Since this band rocks, this live show rocks. Nuff said!

Review:
This one got back to the Statement style of doing things, even though theres more singing. I like it, but I dont love it. The cover of In The Air Tonight was a minor hit.
