Review:
It’s pop for the tween set, but he has some soul influences in there, and the guy can actually sing. Tiff heard of him because “I Don’t Wanna Be” is the theme song to One Tree Hill, and she checked it out from there. He has his chops live also.
Sold as a 2-CD set, Stripped is the entire Chariot album redone with different arrangements, along with a cover of Sam Cooke’s ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’.

Review:
This is the red limited edition case, and also featured The Boy’s Republic as a bonus track. This was another Summer of 2000 CD that got played to death while cruising around. Every song is solid, with Elite possibly being harder than anything on the first two discs, and Maynard James Keenan making an appearance on Passenger. This ranks right up there with Around The Fur for me.
According to the insert, I got number 12,684 out of an allotment of 50,000.

Review:
The self titled album. A lot of people say its the hardest album they’ve done, and I disagree. It’s good, and I’m all for a band that can change (I love White Pony), but I couldn’t get into this one as much. It has grown on me, but it’s still easily my least favorite Deftones record.
