Back In Business

After about a month of power problems, I finally got around to ordering and installing a new DC jack on my jukebox, as the old one decided to give up the ghost. It’s not like I can’t recharge batteries, but when I use it in the car, it’s really nice to have it turn on and turn off along with the car (read: I’m lazy). I also picked up a nifty little device that converts the 5v USB out of the computer into a 9V line suitable for powering the archos. No more wall wart necessary! It’s a nice workaround for the fact that the Archos was manufactured before the time of powering/charging stuff via USB.
