Review:
Fuel’s first indie CD (the self-titled Fuel / Small The Joy indie tape precedes this). A little bit of a white whale for me, as I’ve been simutaneously lazy and cheap when it comes to obtaining this over the years. I nabbed it off of Amazon for $20, so it can be had “cheaply” every now and again. 6 of the 7 tracks are early versions of the songs that ended up on Sunburn (or in the case of Sunday Girl, the Shimmer single). “Nothing” is the only non-familar song, and you can tell why they left it off. Regardless, it’s pretty cool to finally have this one in the collection (after having the mp3’s for years)!
