Review:

9 idiots jumping around in coveralls and masks, playing some of the best nu-metal tunes to come out of the genre. Tons of agression, just a great pissed-off record. This is the original version with Frail Limb Nursery and Purity, before the lawsuit made them take the tracks off the album. The album cover is slightly different on the original as well, because the re-release has the Slipknot wordmark over the picture.

Review:

I found out about this band because the female lead singer, Skin, was featured on the Sevendust track ‘Licking Cream’. I picked up this album not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Heavy, but not brutal, but slowing down to almost delicate at times. Skin’s spectacular vocal range is shown off on almost every track.

Review:

I had this album on one side of a tape starting in about 4th grade (Motley Crue’s Dr. Feelgood on the other side). These guys always struck me as not quite hair metal, they always had a bit more grit than most all of those bands. Youth Gone Wild!

#Save Myself
#Can’t Get Your Off My Mind
#She’s Gone

Review:

Tiff was right on the ball with ordering this one, where the album title kinda explains what it is. BAM! stands for ‘B-sides And More’, which is exactly what’s on it. Leftover tracks from as far back as Fortress, a couple of demos, and the four bonus tracks from the sessions for Absolutely. The implication is that there’s going to be more than one of these, and if these tracks are any indication, that wouldn’t be a bad thing!
